Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return/refund as outlined below.
Refund Approval If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at tastt.foodproducts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
Refund Processing Time
- Once your return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed internally within 48 hours.
- The refunded amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Bank/Gateway Timeline for Refund Credits: Depending on the payment method used during checkout, please allow the following estimated times for the funds to appear in your account after we have processed the refund:
- UPI / Wallet: 2–3 days
- Debit / Credit Card: 5–7 working days
